Three project stages
Discovery is the first stage of any project and its primary purpose is to get to know the client’s business and analyse what is needed.
At this stage we have to decide how to translate the operational activities into e-commerce and which sales platform to choose.
Design & Development
During this stage we develop optimal paths-to-purchase and all kinds of variants of user-stories. Based on our knowledge of user experience and our findings from the Discovery stage, we then build a functional structure of the store. Next, we work on graphic design to complement visual identity.
During programming we involve clients so that they can have an active impact on the direction in which the work is headed and the solutions being developed.
Once ready, it’s time for tests and optimisation.
Activities at this stage include control of the store’s operation, improving functionality and maintaining a state of readiness for a sharp rise in the number of visits to the website and orders being placed.
To improve the conversion rate, we initiate auxiliary activities.
We configure Google Analytics and other tools which monitor user behaviour when they visit the website and carry out complex activities relating to online marketing, including Google Ads and social commerce.
